busy from start to finish, this weekend was special to me in so many ways that I can’t even explain. it was almost too perfect to stand considering where I am in my life right now. with reuniting with a best friend and laughing a lot, to watching underwater life at the Birch Aquarium, to secret free concerts that are being taped live for tv, to hiking in the middle of San Diego in a place I never knew existed, to having Glenn Howerton (Dennis from It’s Always Sunny) walk into my work to ask me if there was a ticket waiting for him (there wasn’t), to sailing on a beautiful day in the San Diego bay, to dancing with a wonderful group of Salseras, and then to cap the wonderful weekend with a pleasant backyard BBQ dinner with my bf and mom while enjoying some fine wine…all this while preparing to leave for my big three month Latin American/South Pacific adventure in just 17 days…

yeah, life is pretty darn good.
